Black tie optional (suits instead of tuxedos are fine!) It may get chilly in the evening so prepare accordingly.
The bride & groom also request that guests wear dark colors and dress to impress!

We love your little ones with all our heart, but we will be hosting an adults-only wedding and ask that you leave your kids with a sitter for the evening.
If you live in the area or plan on traveling with a sitter for the wedding night, children are more than welcome to attend our Welcome Party on Friday, Oct. 4!

There will be an open bar as well as appetizer and dinner service, followed by an afterparty when the reception ends. The ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors, so please dress accordingly. After cocktail hour concludes there will be plenty of space inside the reception to store jackets or other items. The afterparty will be indoors a few steps away from the reception, still on Hotel Del property.

Due to Coronado’s amazing walkability and “bike-ability” we will not be providing transportation. We highly encourage guests to consider renting bikes or golf carts for the weekend, or there’s always the option to carpool and/or Ubering!

We ask that all guests arrive by 4:30 PM. Our ceremony will start PROMPTLY at 5:00 PM. There will be no late entry. Please ensure you leave plenty of time to park and find your seats before the event starts.
Refreshments will be provided before the ceremony.

All serious significant others are invited to the wedding, even if your invitation only has one name on it! If you have any questions please reach out to Sydney or Cutler.

Each room block location (Glorietta Bay Inn, Crown City Inn, & Hotel Del) have about 10 rooms on hold for our guests at a discounted rate. If you plan to stay in any of our provided room blocks, please book ASAP!
